Level: Open to all levels
All classes begin with an invigorating warm-up, merging ballet, yoga and pilates movements.
Focus from these exercises is on increasing balance, coordination, strength, stamina, and flexibility.
Across-the-floor exercises improve basic dance comprehension and technique while integrating active verbs and objectives.
Dance combinations in varying styles complete the class enhancing the students' performance skills, sequential memory and self expression.
Confidence, control, and a powerful physical presence can be yours!
